Liquor / Wine / Beer / Sodas & Soft drinks are to be bought from the resort on which we shall
extend a 20% discount on our menu prices. Should they choose to bring their own liquor, corkage
charges will apply. We request you to kindly convey this to your guests in advance to ensure clarity
• Please note that outdoor music can only be played up till 10:00 PM, at the same time, you can feel free
to use the indoor banquets facility to play music beyond 10:00 PM.
• If you intend to play PPL/Novex copy-written music during your event, you are required to get in
touch with PPL/Novex to take the necessary license for the event.
• Please find attached below the list of complementary activities that are part of the offering at no
additional cost. You can feel free to book slots and enjoy the same.
• We shall extend a 20 % discount on all chargeable guest activities/facilities such as Spa & Herping, the
same will be charged as per actual.
• Please note that we will not reserve or block the inventory till we receive written confirmation of the
prospectus alongwith an advance payment as mentioned below.
• We reserve the right to change our quotation, should there be any change in your function
requirements.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel any non-guaranteed bookings.

*Booking Policy*
For land package bookings, the payment schedule is as follows:
1st Payment: 50% of the total package cost at the time of booking.
2nd Payment: 50% of total package payment will be done before 21 days of your departure.
*Cancellation Policy*
45 days or more before departure: Full refund minus 50% of the package cost.
30 to 44 days before departure: 75% of the package cost will be deducted.
15 to 29 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.
This structured policy ensures clarity on refund eligibility based on cancellation timing.
*Child Policy*
Child 1 to 5 years will be complementary.
Child above 5 years to 11 years will be charge 50% of the package cost.
Child above 11 years will be treated as an adult.

then Purba Holidays official account.
All prices displayed on the PURBA HOLIDAYS platform/ Itinerary are subject to supplier reconfirmation
and an availability check. Rates are not valid during any event/exhibition/blackout date or any festival.
In case of natural calamities itineraries may be changed accordingly

 

Current government regulations require Indian residents to present proof of identity for all individual
guests at the time of check-in. The proof of identity can be the guest driving license, Aadhaar Card, Passport
or voters ID.

Force Majeure:
• In event of circumstances beyond control of Purba Holidays, including but without
limitation, national or local disasters, accidents, strikes, labour disputes or suspension of supplies,
governmental intervention, Purba Holidays reserves the right to cancel the booking
without giving any written notice, only if no other options prevail.
