Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking and traveling with us.
Important Note
This is only a quotation; no reservations have been confirmed at this stage.
All rooms, tours, and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Prices for hotels, sightseeing, meals, and transfers are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
Any change in travel dates will require a fresh quotation.
Standard hotel check-in time: 15:00 hrs onwards | Check-out time: 11:00 hrs.
Midnight surcharge applies for transfers between 23:00 hrs and 07:00 hrs, unless specifically mentioned.
Surcharges may apply during peak seasons, public holidays, and special events (e.g., Formula 1, New Year, or Christmas).
1. Booking Confirmation & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only after full payment is received.
Final payment must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival. Delayed payments may lead to automatic cancellation.
All prices are quoted in INR or the agreed currency and are subject to change due to currency fluctuations or supplier adjustments.
In case of price variation after confirmation but before full payment, the difference will need to be borne by the client.
2. Cancellations & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email, and the cancellation date will be considered from the date of receipt of the email.
Cancellation Charges:
More than 30 days before departure: 50% of the total package price.
Between 30–15 days before departure: 75% of the total package price.
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total package price.
No Show (Not informed): 100% retention applies.
Flight & Hotel Cancellations:
Flights: 100?vance payment required. Fares are dynamic and may vary at issuance. Cancellations follow the airline’s policy.
Hotels: Once booked, deposits are non-refundable. Hotel cancellation rules depend on the respective property.
Special Circumstances / Force Majeure:
In case of unforeseen events (e.g., weather disruptions, strikes, pandemics, or political unrest), Seamless Journeys may issue a credit note for future use.
COVID-19-related travel bans will be eligible for a credit note, subject to price changes at rebooking.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
Visa processing fees
Flight tickets (once booked)
Hotel booking deposits
Non-refundable attraction tickets (e.g., Universal Studios, Night Safari, Gardens by the Bay, KL Tower, Petronas Twin Towers, Genting Cable Car, etc.)
Special events or activity add-ons
4. No Show Policy
If the traveler fails to show up for any booked service (tour, transfer, or hotel), it will be treated as a no show, and no refund will be processed.
Missed tours or transfers due to flight delays, traffic, or personal reasons will be considered utilized.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 25–30 business days from written cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
Any third-party charges (airlines, hotels, DMCs) will be deducted as per their policy before refunding.
6. Transfers & Amendments
All transfers in Singapore and Malaysia are arranged on fixed shared coach timings unless private transfers are booked at an additional cost.
Changes to itinerary, hotel, or travel dates must be requested at least 7 days before arrival.
Amendments after travel commencement are not permitted.
Missed SIC transfers due to passenger delays will not be refunded; a new transfer booking must be paid separately.
Shared (SIC) Transfer Timings:
All SIC transfers operate on fixed shared coach timings between 07:00 hrs and 20:00 hrs.
Transfers scheduled outside these timings will be considered private transfers, and additional charges will apply.
Guests must be ready at the pickup point 10 minutes prior to departure time.
7. Special Deals / Promotions
Promotional packages or discounted deals may carry non-changeable and non-refundable conditions. These will be communicated at the time of booking.
8. Early Termination of Trip
If a customer chooses to cut short their trip:
No refunds will be given for unused hotel nights, activities, or transfers.
Any new arrangements made locally will be at the traveler’s cost.
9. Visa & Passport Requirements
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure their passport is valid for at least 6 months from the travel date.
Indian citizens must obtain a valid Singapore eVisa and Malaysia eVisa/eNTRI before departure.
Seamless Journeys is not responsible for visa rejections, documentation errors, or processing delays.
10. Local Taxes & Surcharges
Certain local or city taxes (e.g., hotel tourism fees) may apply and must be paid directly at the hotel counter.
These are not included in the quoted package rate.
11. Attraction & Tour Information
All sightseeing and attraction tours are operated by local partners under their standard terms.
Attractions may occasionally be closed due to maintenance, operational issues, or government regulations — Seamless Journeys will try to provide alternatives wherever possible.
Some attractions like Universal Studios Singapore, Gardens by the Bay, Sentosa experiences, KL Tower, and Genting SkyWorlds may require pre-specified entry slots or timed tickets; please adhere to your itinerary schedule.
12. Responsibility for Personal Belongings
Seamless Journeys will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items, including mobile phones, cameras, wallets, or jewelry during travel. Travelers should remain vigilant and use hotel safes where available.
13. Liability Disclaimer
Seamless Journeys acts only as a tour coordinator between the traveler and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and DMCs.
We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or operational failures caused by third parties or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, technical issues).
14. Customer Consent
By booking a Singapore & Malaysia package with Seamless Journeys, the customer confirms acceptance of the above Terms & Conditions.
These terms are subject to revision, and customers will be informed of any updates before confirmation.
