8 Days / 7 Nights Kerala Grand Circuit – Kanyakumari, Kovalam, Alleppey, Thekkady & Munnar

1️⃣ Booking & Confirmation

• The tour will be confirmed only after advance payment as discussed.

• Balance amount must be paid before or on arrival at Trivandrum Airport.

• Booking is subject to availability of hotels, houseboat, and vehicle at the time of confirmation.

2️⃣ Vehicle & Transportation

• A private Ertiga with driver will be provided for the entire trip.

• Vehicle usage is restricted to the planned itinerary only.

• Any extra sightseeing, detours, or additional usage will be charged extra.

• Night driving (after 9:00 PM) is not encouraged for guest safety, except airport/railway drops.

3️⃣ Hotel & Houseboat Policy

• 3★ hotels will be provided with 2 rooms daily on a double-sharing basis.

• Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
  Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.

• Houseboat check-in: 12:00 PM, check-out: 9:00 AM

• Houseboat cruising time is as per Kerala Tourism rules.

4️⃣ Meals

• Meals included are as mentioned in the itinerary only.

• Any food ordered outside the fixed menu or during travel is not included.

• Special food requests (Jain, halal, special diet) must be informed in advance.

5️⃣ Sightseeing & Entry Tickets

• Entry tickets, boating charges, adventure activities, camera fees, guide charges, etc.
  are NOT included unless specifically mentioned.

• Sightseeing depends on time, weather, traffic, and local conditions.

• Some places may be skipped due to crowd, closure, or safety reasons.

6️⃣ Changes & Itinerary Flexibility

• The itinerary is a planned route, not a fixed time-bound schedule.

• Changes requested by guests during the tour may affect timing and cost.

• No refund for missed sightseeing due to late start, personal reasons, or traffic delays.

7️⃣ Cancellation Policy (Suggested – you can edit percentages)

• Before 7 days: Minimal cancellation charges

• Within 3–6 days: Partial refund after deductions

• Within 48 hours / No-show: No refund

• Cancellation charges depend on hotel & houseboat cancellation policies.

8️⃣ Driver Responsibility & Guest Conduct

• Driver’s duty time is limited to reasonable working hours.

• Guests are responsible for personal belongings.

• Any damage to vehicle, hotel room, or houseboat caused by guests must be paid directly.

9️⃣ Weather & Force Majeure

• The operator is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural calamities

  • Road blocks, strikes, government restrictions

• No refund for unused services under such conditions.

• This is a private tour package, not a group tour.

• Kerala terrain includes ghat roads and winding hill routes — travel times are approximate.

• Final decision regarding route and safety rests with the driver/operator.
