* The general check-in / Check-out Policy is as per below (this may vary for certain hotels)
* Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12 noon.
* Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out will be considered. Charges as applicable.
* Bookings amendments and cancellation are according to the terms and conditions mentioned in the invoice.
* Please note that the above timeline and cancellation charges may vary depending on the hotel where the booking is made in accordance with the concerned hotel's policy and the booking confirmation voucher issued.
* The customer is therefore advised to check with the Trip String Tour consultant or customer care centre in relation to the cancellation charges and timeline.
* In Terms of unavailability A similar or upgraded hotel/room will be provided.
* Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to hotel assets.
* The guest shall keep the hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
* In keeping with our heightened security procedures, we request you to provide your photo ID proof while checking in. Indian
* Nationals can present any of the following, which is mandatory:
* Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID Card OR Aadhar Card, Foreign
* Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa. A PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID card.
* Booking Extension Policy – Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability.
•Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.

* The First instalment - 3,000/- Booking Amount
* The Second instalment – 50?ter Hotel Confirmation Voucher
* The Third instalment - will be the remaining 50% at hotel at the time of check-in
* Cancellation Policy:
* 15-30 Days Prior to Check-In: Free rescheduling available for up to 1 year.
* 0-15 Days Prior to Check-In: Cancellation not possible.
