Dubai Honeymoon Package – 4N/5D Tour with Burj Khalifa, Desert Safari & Dhow Cruise

Price Validity: Package price is valid at the time of quotation and subject to change without prior notice until booking is confirmed with advance payment. Rates are also subject to hotel surcharges, resort fees, or mandatory charges not reflected in the current inventory, payable directly at check-in if applicable.

Booking & Payment Terms: 30–50% of the package cost at the time of booking; balance due 21 days before the date of travel.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: As per Tripoclan's standard slabs — 45+ days before travel: advance amount or 20% (whichever is higher); 30–44 days: 30%; 15–29 days: 50%; 7–14 days: 75%; 0–6 days or no-show: 100%. Refunds processed within 10–15 working days, subject to recovery from suppliers.

Amendment Policy: Amendment fee ₹1,000–2,500 per instance; changes within 15 days of departure are treated as a cancellation.

Passport & Visa: Guests must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. Visa arrangement/charges, if not explicitly included in the package cost, are the guest's responsibility.

Travel Insurance: Not included in the package; strongly recommended for all international travel.

Currency/Forex: All package costs are quoted in INR; any forex conversion, card transaction charges, or currency fluctuation impact are borne by the guest.

TCS Tax Policy: A 2% flat TCS applies on the total overseas tour package amount under Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, reclaimable by the guest via their ITR.

Hotel & Transport Terms: Rooms as booked (Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport, Room with Breakfast); bed type is subject to availability at check-in. A refundable security deposit may be collected by the hotel at check-in, amount varies by property, returned at check-out subject to incidental charges. Standard hotel check-in/check-out restrictions may apply during festive periods (25th, 30th, 31st Dec, 1st Jan).

Sightseeing & Transfers: SIC (shared/seat-in-coach) pickup times may vary ±30 minutes; guests must be ready at the notified time as the coach will not wait beyond 5 minutes. For private transfers, maximum wait time is 20 minutes, beyond which additional waiting charges apply. No refund or rescheduling for unutilized or no-show services.

Dress Code: Modest dressing is required for religious sites (e.g., Grand Mosque) — fully covered clothing including a head scarf; no sleeveless tops, shorts/skirts, tight clothing, beachwear, or swimwear at such sites.
