Very nice exprince , all the hotel staff are so gentle and helpful, facility provided by the hotel is excellent specially for winter season. If anyone visiting Pahalgam I recommend Hotel Hills Heaven for their comfortable stay. Excellent stafff

बहुत ही बढिया सेवा , खासकर मुद्द्सिरभाई का बातचीत एवं व्यवहार बहुत अच्छा लगा, हलांकि उनसे मिलने का मौका नहीं मिला, टेलीफोन पर ही बात होती थी| जब मैंने उनके साथ करार किया था तो सारा चीज औन लाइन ही किया था तो एक संदेह था कि पता नहीं सब ठीक रहेगा या नहीं लेकिन सारी व्यवस्था सही था | थोड़ा सा कटरा में परेशानी हुआ लेकिन इनके व्यवहार से मैं इतना प्रभावित हुआ कि वो परेशानी भुल गया | बाकी श्री नगर का व्यवस्था काफी ठीक था |
