Basukinath

Deoghar Basukinath Shravan Mela is an annual Hindu religious fair held at Basukinath Temple in Deoghar, Jharkhand, India. The fair is held in the month of Shravan (July–August) and is attended by thousands of pilgrims.

There is no specific Ram Janaki Vivah Utsav event celebrated at Basukinath Temple. However, during the month of Chaitra (March/April), a special fair is held at the temple which is attended by large number of devotees.

The temple is open from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm.
