The Kas Tugra Art Gallery is a small but significant art gallery in Istanbul, Turkey. The gallery is dedicated to exhibiting the work of Turkish artists, with a particular focus on modern and contemporary art. The Kas Tugra Art Gallery is housed in a small, nondescript building in the Kasap Osman Sokak neighbourhood of Istanbul. However, despite its small size, the gallery is an important cultural institution in Turkey, and is dedicated to exhibiting the work of Turkish artists, with a particular focus on modern and contemporary art. The Kas Tugra Art Gallery was founded in 1997 by Murat Germen, a Turkish artist who has exhibited extensively both in Turkey and abroad. The gallery has a small permanent collection of Germen's work, as well as regularly changing exhibitions of contemporary Turkish art. The Kas Tugra Art Gallery is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Admission is free.
