The Pushkin Museum is a museum of fine art in Moscow, Russia. It was founded on April 13, 1912, as the Museum of Fine Arts of the Moscow Governorate. The museum is named after the Russian poet Alexander Pushkin. The Pushkin Museum has a collection of about two million items.
