Tata Tea Or Kdhp Museum

The Tata Tea Museum at Munnar was set up in 2003 to commemorate the centenary of the Tata Group in India. The museum is housed in the Tata Tea Orchid Estate bungalow and is spread over an area of 1.5 acres.

The museum showcases the history and heritage of the Tata Group and its businesses in India. It has sections on the Tata Group's key businesses, such as steel, cars, power, hospitality and tea. The museum also has a gallery on the history of tea cultivation and production in India.

 

The museum has a collection of artefacts related to the Tata Group, including old photographs, documents, equipment and machinery. There is also a library with a collection of books and journals on the Tata Group.

The Tata Tea Museum is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Admission is free.
