Nanda Devi Temple is a Hindu temple situated in the town of Munsiyari in the Pithoragarh district of the Indian state of Uttarakhand. The temple is dedicated to the Hindu goddess Nanda Devi, and is one of the most important pilgrimage destinations in the region. The temple is said to have been founded by the Pandavas, the heroes of the Hindu epic Mahabharata, and is one of the most ancient temples in the region. The temple is located on the slopes of the Nanda Devi peak, and is surrounded by high mountains and glaciers. The temple is open to the public from April to October.
