Gaurikund

Gaurikund is a Hindu pilgrimage place located in the Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand, India. It is situated at an altitude of 1,732 meters above sea level. The sacred site is dedicated to the Goddess Gauri, the consort of Lord Shiva.

There is no direct route from Rudra Prayag to Kedarnath. However, pilgrims can travel from Rudra Prayag to Gaurikund, and then from Gaurikund to Kedarnath.
