Tehri Garhwal Sem Mukhem temple, also known as Sem Mukhem Temple, is a Hindu temple located in the town of Narendranagar, Tehri Garhwal district, Uttarakhand, India. The temple is dedicated to the deity Sem Mukhem, an incarnation of the Hindu god Vishnu. The temple is situated on the banks of the Bhagirathi River, and is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the area. The temple is noted for its intricate carvings, and is one of the best examples of Panchayatana style of architecture in Uttarakhand. The temple is also home to a large number of monkeys, which are popularly known as the "Temple Monkeys". The temple is open from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm.
