•   Passport copies (valid for 6 months till the completion date of the tour).
• Effective from June 2018, as per Reserve Bank of India (RBI), it is mandatory to submit PAN details of all the Traveler(s).
• Confirmed return flight tickets.
• RT-PCR negative test report in which the sample collection has to be within 96 hrs of the travel.
• As per the new Govt mandate, while returning from the international destination RT-PCR test is required to be performed again to board the flight.

• As per mandate by Government of India all passengers arriving into India from International Flights need to register on www.newdelhiairport.in at least 72 hrs before departure.
• Your Travel is subject to the guidelines/SOP etc. issued by various Central/ State/ Country specific government / authorities for travel during COVID 19 relating to your travel destination.For your inability to Travel due to any such guideline/ SOP, Timeless Trips shall not be held responsible.

• In case the traveler tested covid positive before travelling, we need the valid report for the same & rescheduling option can be shared for new dates with, new rates will be applicable.

• TCS 5% applicable on International Bookings for Land Package.

• All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.

• Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusions.

• Entrance fees at all monuments and sightseeing spots

• Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
