Then we give you warm overalls and boots, and drive you straight to the best spot. Some nights the Aurora is visible as soon as we arrive, while other evenings we relax with coffee and muffins while we wait for her. TransportDepart from the city center of Tromsø by bus and embark on this unique activity. After a 90-minute relaxing bus journey, you will enter the remote area Tamokdalen where our wilderness camp is located.Upon arrival at Camp Tamok, you will be warmly greeted by your guide and outfitted with all the necessary equipment and clothing, including snowshoes, poles, thermal suit, boots and gloves as you will first head out on the snowshoe hike.The tour is designed to be easy and accessible: an experience guide will introduce you to the art of snowshoe walking at the start of the activity ensuring that even beginners can participate.The snowshoe hike offers a unique opportunity to explore the serene winter landscapes at slow pace. As you make your way through the snow, your guide will share fascinating insights about the Arctic environment and teach you some good ice-cold wilderness survival skills: how to sleep outdoors, what to eat and how to orientate yourself. Info Mostraumen Fjord CruiseThe Tour:Join us on this 4-hour fjord cruise to the scenic Osterfjord and Mostraumen Channel. Experience the once-in-a-lifetime thrill of traveling through the majestic Norwegian fjords on a scenic boat tour departing from Bergen.
On board the high speed catamaran you will experience the magnificent landscape in Bergen's nearby fjords and the Nordhordland region. When sailing out from Bergen's inner harbor you will have a great view to some of the oldest and most relevant historical sites in the city, including the medieval fortress Bergenhus, St Mary's Church and the colorful Bryggen Hanseatic Wharf, which is on UNESCO’s World Heritage list.
From there, we sail through beautiful Western-Norwegian scenery in the Cityfjord, Salhusfjord and Osterfjord towards the dramatic Mostraumen Channel. 1 In tourist places, the location of the hotel/resort/apartment is very important so we give a mix and match of 3 /4 Star hotels, some rooms might be compact but the same gives you the freedom to walk out any time along with access to nearby restaurants as well. 2 Transfers & Tours are on a shared basis only but sometimes only on request with extra charges airport transfers could be processed on a private basis but not tours as they increase cost 3-5 times. Every tour has a local number and they can only be reached during office hours so in case of anything do call on a local number. In Europe/UK/NZ/AUS/USA - Travellers have to reach a meeting point for the tour, meeting time & location is shared on the tour voucher provided so it's the customer's responsibility to reach there on time to ensure a smooth tour. In case the tour has been missed no refund is permitted.
3 The booking Amount of the package is 5000 INR per person and is nonrefundable, in case of cancellation due to any reason.
4 From the Booking date till 15 days of travel 50 % of the Package cost will be deducted as cancellation charges From 15 days of travel to 5 days of travel 70 % Will be levied as cancellation charges Within 5 days of travel, All bookings are nonrefundable
5 For Date change, a date change fee of 4000 INR + applicable fare difference will be levied
6 For Europe/NZ/AUS/US/Canada etc we only assist in visa processing via the third party and don’t charge clients any fee, we also don't guarantee visas. Visa approval is completely at the embassy's discretion. If any agents offer you confirm visa then the same will be at your discretion.
7 Early check-in is always at the hotel's discretion for which they might and might not charge. The hotel will only be able to give early check-in if rooms are available from the day before. We don't charge any early check-in fee.
8 Airline cancellation is always as per airline rules, the same can be checked with the airline as well
9 All the vouchers will be shared post-full payment only but bookings are done on the basis of partial payment as well.
