Booking Confirmation:
- Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.
- Balance payment must be made as per due date shared at the time of confirmation.
Prices:
- Prices are based on the current exchange rate (1 USD = ₹XX) and are subject to change in case of currency fluctuations.
- Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Hotels & Rooming:
- Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Early check-in / late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may attract extra charges.
- Rooms are based on double/twin sharing. Extra bed/mattress provided for third person (if applicable).
Transport & Tours:
- All transfers and sightseeing are on Seat-in-Coach (SIC) basis unless specified otherwise.
- Tours may be rescheduled or replaced due to weather or operational constraints.
Visa & Travel Documents:
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
- Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Thai Immigration Authority. Vjoy World Holidays is not responsible for any rejection or delay.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or more prior to departure: 25% of package cost
- 15–29 days prior to departure: 50% of package cost
- Less than 15 days or no-show: 100% of package cost
  (Cancellation charges may vary depending on airline and hotel policies)
Travel Insurance:
- Travel insurance is highly recommended but not included unless specified.
Responsibility & Liability:
- Vjoy World Holidays acts as an intermediary and is not liable for loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party vendors, natural calamities, political disturbances, or government restrictions.
Unutilized Services:
- No refund will be provided for any unutilized services or segments.
