1. Booking and Payment Policy

• A minimum deposit (usually 25%-50%) is required at the time of booking.

• Full payment must be made 15–30 days prior to the departure date.

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise mentioned.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation charges depend on the proximity to the travel date:

  • 30 days or more: 10% of package cost.

  • 15–29 days: 25% of package cost.

  • 7–14 days: 50% of package cost.

  • Less than 7 days: 100% of package cost.

• No refund for no-shows or unused portions of the package.

• Refunds, if any, will be processed within 15–30 working days.

3. Amendment Policy

• Any change to the itinerary after confirmation is subject to availability and additional charges.

• Name changes or date changes may not be permitted for certain services like flights and hotels.

4. Inclusions and Exclusions

• Inclusions and exclusions are clearly listed in the final itinerary.

• Any personal expenses, optional tours, or extra services are not included unless mentioned.

5. Travel Documents

• Passengers must carry valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhar card, passport).

• For international tours, passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the travel date.

• Visa and other entry/exit requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

6. Responsibility and Liability

• The travel agency acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other services.

• The agency is not liable for delays, damages, losses, accidents, or changes due to weather, strikes, or government decisions.

• Clients are advised to take comprehensive travel insurance.

7. Child and Infant Policy

• Child and infant charges are based on age and airline/hotel policies.

• Children above 10 years may be considered as adults by hotels.

8. Health and Fitness

• Travelers must ensure they are medically fit to travel.

• Any medical condition must be declared at the time of booking.

• No responsibility is taken for health issues arising during the trip.

9. Code of Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave responsibly and follow local laws and customs.

• Misbehavior or unlawful activities may lead to removal from the tour without refund.

10. Force Majeure

• No refunds or compensation will be made for cancellations or changes due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government restrictions.

11. Jurisdiction

• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts of the travel agency’s registered office (e.g., Pune, Maharashtra).
