1. Booking & Payment

A minimum advance of INR 25,000 per person is required to confirm the booking.
Balance amount must be cleared at least 15 days prior to the departure date.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.

2. Cancellation Policy

₹5,000 per person will be charged if cancelled more than 30 days before departure.
50% of package cost will be charged if cancelled between 15–29 days before departure.
100% of package cost will be charged if cancelled within 14 days of departure or for no-shows.
No refund for unused services during the trip.

3. Flight & Baggage

Flights are booked on VietJet Air with 20kg check-in baggage per person.
No meals are included on flights.
Any change in flight schedule, delays, or cancellation is the responsibility of the airline, and we shall not be held liable.

4. Hotel & Room Policy

Hotels offered are based on availability at the time of booking. Similar category hotels will be provided in case of unavailability.
Standard rooms will be provided unless otherwise specified.
Check-in and check-out times as per hotel policy (usually check-in at 2 PM and check-out at 12 PM).

5. Passport & Visa

Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
Bali offers visa-on-arrival for Indian passport holders; charges (if any) to be borne by the guest.

6. Tours & Transfers

All tours and transfers are on private basis as per itinerary.
Any additional sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary will incur extra charges.
Vehicle will be available strictly as per itinerary timings.

7. Meals & Inclusions

Daily breakfast is included at the hotel.
All other meals (lunch/dinner) are at an additional cost unless specified in the inclusions.
Honeymoon inclusions like cake, décor, or spa are subject to hotel policies and availability.

8. Responsibility & Liability

Vjoy World Holidays acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or damage to property due to natural calamities, flight delays, strikes, war, or other causes beyond our control.
Itinerary is subject to change due to operational reasons or weather conditions.

9. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended and can be arranged at additional cost.
Any health-related costs during the trip are to be borne by the guest.

10. General Terms

Prices are based on current rates, including flight fares, taxes, and exchange rates. Any increase before final payment may affect the final price.
The booking is considered confirmed only after a confirmation voucher is issued by Vjoy World Holidays.
