On arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport you will be received by our office executive who will assist you to board your vehicle to Gangtok (5500 Ft /1677 Mts, 130 Kms / 04-05 Hrs). Overnight stay at Gangtok.   CAR TYPE - AC SEDAN 

After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake (12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way from Gangtok) &through Kyongnosla Alpine Sanctuary and Baba Mandir (13100Ft / 3994 Mts / 16Kms in 1Hrs one way from Tshangu Lake) (no entry for foreigner national, they are allowed to visit till Tshangu Lake, with a valid permit. They also have to be 02 & above is number to visit Tshangu Lake). Situated at a height of 12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way, with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Back to Gangtok and Overnight at Gangtok. (Incase of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided) Optional Nathula(14140 Ft / 4310 Mts / 20 Kms in 1Hrs one way from Tshangu Lake) Baba Mandir (13100Ft / 3994 Mts / 16Kms in 1Hrs one way from Tshangu Lake) is an Indo China border, controlled by the Indian Army & is situated approx 20 Kms ahead of Tshangu Lake at an height of 14140 Ft / 4310. The journey to Nathula& Baba Mandir is same up to 16 Kms. At this point the right arm of the “V” which is 4 Kms takes one to Baba Mandir& left arm of the “V” which is 4 Kms takes one to Nathula. One can opt for Nathula Excursion by paying a supplement cost which varies from month to month. Nathula permit gets confirmed 24 hrs prior to the journey date & it is subjected to permit availability as it is allotted as per lottery. Nathula is closed on Monday & Tuesday for tourist. Organising the permit at the last moment is not possible & a clear window of 72 Hrs with proper documents is required to process the permit. To process the permit we would require 04 Passport Size Photograph & photo proof identity card such as Voter Id / Passport / Driving License. Pan card &Adhar card is not accepted as identity proof by authorities. There is no refund, incase the permit is confirmed by Sikkim tourism & due to whatsoever reason (Land slide, Heavy rain fall, VIP Movement, Health issue etc) one is not able to visit.   Car Type - Sumo / Xylo / Innova 

After breakfast in the morning transfer to Lachung – Nearly 120 kilometers and four hours’ drive – Check into hotel at Lachung - Evening free to visit Lachung Monastery - Overnight stay at Lachung.   Car Type - Sumo / Xylo / Innova 

After breakfast you leave for Yumthang (Yumthang is a large valley surrounded by mountains where the tree line ends. In April, May and June the valley erupts in a riot of colours as rhododendrons, primulae and many other Alpine Flowers are in full bloom. In winters, Yumthang is somber with snow all around and the snow clad mountains adds to the ethereal beauty) one way. You can pay a visit to the famous hot spring on the way. Return to Lachung for lunch. After lunch you will depart for local sightseeing at Lachung. This includes visit to Lachung Monastery and waterfalls. Return to hotel for Dinner (around 8 pm) and overnight stay at Lachung.   Car Type - Sumo / Xylo / Innova 

After breakfast you will depart for Gangtok stopping on the way at many places between Singhik and Mangan to see the Kanchendzonga Range. These locations offer majestic view of Mt. Pandim, Mt Kabru, Mt. Simvo, Mt. Jopuno, Mt Kanchendzonga and Mt. Siniolchu. On arrival check-in at hotel in overnight stay at Gangtok.   Cat Type - Sumo / Xylo / Innova

TERMS & CONDITIONS Booking Policy For land package bookings, the payment schedule is as follows: 1st Payment: 30% of the total package cost at the time of booking. 2nd Payment: 40% upon confirmation of hotel bookings. 3rd Payment: 30% of the total cost to be paid 7 days before the trip. Amendment Policy If guests wish to modify their travel plans 48 hours after booking, an amendment charge of Rs. 1000 per person will be applicable. Cancellation Policy 45 days or more before departure: Full refund minus 50% of the package cost. 30 to 44 days before departure: 75% of the package cost will be deducted. 15 to 29 days before departure: 100% non-refundable. Less than 15 days before departure: 100% non-refundable. This structured policy ensures clarity on refund eligibility based on cancellation timing. Required Documents For Indian Nationals Traveling Domestically: Carry a valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License). For Non-Indian Passport Holders: Must obtain inner line permits for restricted areas. Non-Valid Documents: Aadhar Card & PAN Card are not valid for travel purposes. Required Documents to Carry: Adults: Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport. Children: Birth Certificate only Photographs: Carry two passport-size photographs along with two photocopies of ID proof (front and back) per traveler. Group Travel: Share ID proof and photographs in the designated group. Important Notes Quoted rates are valid for 24 hours from the time of quotation. Similar Hotel or Room" indicates hotels with a price variation of Rs. 200-300 per night. Standard hotel check-in time: 14:00-16:00 hrs; check-out time: 10:00-12:00 hrs. Some sightseeing points may be subject to local authority regulations and availability. During high season, transport rates fluctuate due to vehicle shortages. Late bookings may lead to price variations. Hotel availability is not guaranteed until confirmed. If a preferred hotel is unavailable, an equivalent alternative will be provided after consultation. All transportation vehicles are non-AC. In case of cab shortages or market fluctuations, additional charges may apply. If roadblocks, landslides, or construction require rerouting, extra charges may be collected directly by the driver. Room availability is subject to hotel discretion (double/twin rooms based on availability). The package does not include travel insurance (strongly recommended for travelers). Airline seat selection is subject to availability and airline policies. Flight delays or cancellations due to weather, natural calamities, or airline decisions are beyond our responsibility. Services are subject to availability; booking begins only upon receiving the payment. Misbehavior towards local citizens or damage to monuments is not tolerated. Package prices are subject to change due to peak season surcharges or major events. Group travelers may experience waiting times during transfers. Travelers must adhere to the itinerary schedule; no-shows are 100% chargeable. If a client cancels, they must pay cancellation charges as per the policy. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings; lost items are not covered by our service. All payments should be made to SIKKIM DMC official current account. Payments made to savings accounts will not be considered valid. If Changu Lake is closed, an alternative sightseeing tour (Gangtok local city tour or Namchi day trip) will be provided. No refund will be issued for the cab. If Nathula Pass is closed before obtaining a permit, a refund will be provided. However, if the permit is issued and Nathula Pass closes due to snowfall or any other reason while en route, the amount will not be refundable. If Lachen or Lachung is closed due to weather conditions, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances, alternative sightseeing will be arranged. However, if travelers are already en route and the route gets blocked, no refunds will be issued for the cab or accommodation.
