? BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY
30?vance payment is required to confirm any booking.
50% payment on arrival.
Remaining 20% on the first day of the tour.
Booking will be processed only after receiving the advance payment.
All payments once made are subject to company policies.
? CANCELLATION POLICY
45–30 days before travel: 20?ncellation charges
29–16 days before travel: 50?ncellation charges
15–8 days before travel: 75?ncellation charges
7–1 days before travel / No show: 100?ncellation charges
? Important:
Any advance/payment made is NON-REFUNDABLE in cash.
In case of cancellation, the amount will be adjusted via a Credit Note only, valid for future travel within a specified time period (as decided by the company).
? CREDIT NOTE POLICY
No cash refund will be provided under any circumstances.
All eligible refunds will be issued only as a Credit Note.
Credit Note is non-transferable and can be used for future bookings with Travel-Yatra.com.
Validity of Credit Note will be as per company discretion (generally 6–12 months).
? PRICE & AVAILABILITY
All rates are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Prices may change without prior notice due to hotel/airline/vendor changes.
Final cost will be confirmed only after booking.
? THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Hotels, airlines, transport, and other services are provided by third-party vendors.
Travel-Yatra.com acts as a facilitator/agent only.
Any delay, cancellation, or service issue from third parties is not directly under our control.
However, we will provide full support to resolve issues.
? NO LIABILITY CLAUSE
Travel-Yatra.com shall not be responsible for:
Flight/train delays or cancellations
Natural calamities (weather, landslides, etc.)
Government restrictions or sudden rule changes
Personal injuries, loss, or damage during travel
? CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients must carry valid ID proof during travel.
Any personal loss, theft, or negligence will be the client’s responsibility.
Clients must follow hotel and transport rules.
? LEGAL & JURISDICTION CLAUSE (VERY IMPORTANT)
In case of any dispute or legal matter initiated by the client,
the jurisdiction will be strictly under our company’s registered location only.
Travel-Yatra.com shall not be liable to appear in any other city/state jurisdiction.
All disputes will be handled as per Indian law under our jurisdiction only.
? FORCE MAJEURE
In case of unforeseen situations (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.),
the company will not be liable for refunds.
Only rescheduling or credit note may be offered.
? AMENDMENT POLICY
Any changes in itinerary are subject to availability and additional cost.
Last-minute changes may not be possible.
? IMPORTANT NOTE
By confirming the booking, the client agrees to all the above terms & conditions.
