About Bhadrachalam Bhadrachalam is a town in the Khammam district of the Indian state of Telangana. It is located on the banks of the Godavari River. It is a Hindu pilgrimage town and is known for the temple of Lord Rama, known as the Bhadrachalam Temple. The temple is located on the top of the Ratnagiri Hill. The town is also known for the annual festival held in the month of April, known as the Brahmotsavam festival. The town is also home to a number of other temples, including the Govindaraja Temple and the Lakshmi Narasimha Temple.
