About Golden ferry to chora museum The Chora Museum, also known as the Church of the Holy Savior in Chora, is a Byzantine church located in the Kuruรงeลme neighborhood of Istanbul, Turkey. The museum is noted for its mosaics and frescoes, and as the location of the tombs of the Byzantine emperors Manuel II Palaiologos and John VIII Palaiologos. The museum is open everyday except Mondays from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Admission is 10 Turkish Lira. The best way to get to the Chora Museum is by taking the Golden Ferry from Eminรถnรผ.
