About Tioman island Tioman Island is a beautiful, unspoilt island located off the east coast of peninsular Malaysia. The island is around 48km long and covers an area of approximately 285 square kilometres. The island is a popular tourist destination, offering stunning natural scenery, crystal clear waters, white sandy beaches and a range of tropical jungle flora and fauna.
