About Trekking and fishing Naggar is a small town in the Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh, India. It is located on the banks of the Beas River, about 15 km from the town of Manali. Naggar is a popular tourist destination, and is known for its old wooden houses, temples, and the former home of Russian painter and philosopher Nicholas Roerich. It is also a popular spot for trout fishing.
