About Sri Vaikuntam Temple
The Sri Vaikuntam temple is a Hindu temple located in the town of Tutucorin in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. The temple is dedicated to the god Vishnu and is one of the most important Vishnu temples in the region. The temple was built in the 18th century by the Maratha king, Tipu Sultan. The temple is a large complex with a number of shrines and is one of the most popular pilgrimage destinations in the region.
