1. Cliff Jumping, Kushma

Located about 262 km from the capital city Kathmandu , Kushma Bungee Jumping is among the world's second-highest Bungee Jumping making it a prime attraction for thrill-seekers around the world. The cliff stands majestically at a height of a whopping 228m.
 
Location: Kushma, Nepal 
Bungee Height: 228m
How to reach?  Kushma Bungee Jumping location is about 60 km from Pokhara so one can either take a 30 minute flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara or opt for a tourist bus service that generally starts about 7:00 am in the morning from Thamel,Kathmandu which can take upto 7 hours to reach the city of Pokhara.The bungee location can be reached within 2 hours of driving in a reserved cab/taxi  from Pokhara city.
Average cost : For Nepali Nationals, the cost starts from INR 4000. However, for Foreign Nationals, the cost may vary accordingly.
Best time to visit? All months are considered favorable as it's done on all days in a year except for when it's pouring heavy rain.
Other activities: Swing, Sky Cycling and Sightseeing

How to reach? The launching place (take off site) at Sarangkot, 1600m above sea level is a hill station which is a 25 minutes jeep drive above the lakeside of Pokhara. 
Landing site: Lakeside,Pokhara
Average cost : Normally, the cost for a short flight comes around INR 6300 per person and INR 9500 for a long flight.
Duration: Short flight (20-25 minutes),Long Flight (40-50 minutes)
Best time to fly? March, April, May, September, October, and November is considered an  ideal flying time as one can get the stunning view of Phewa Lake and Annapurna Range above 8,000 meters.
Other activities: Walk around the lakeside, Hot air Ballooning,Treking ,Helicopter Tour, mountain museum, hiking and boating in Phewa Tal, Camping, Ziplining

3. White water river rafting , Dhungeshwor

Nepal has some of the best rivers for rafting in the world and is one of the major attractions for voyagers. Among them is Karnali river rafting which is Nepal’s longest river journey in the Wild West having some of the most beautiful canyons  along with a wide variety of biodiversity including dense forests, and traditional remote villages.It is a class 4 river with challenging monsoon rapids that makes it a unique expedition trip and wilderness experience and takes a week to run.
 
Location: Dhungeshwor, Nepal
How to reach? Take a 1 hour flight from Kathmandu to Surkhet or a 20 hour bus journey from Kathmandu that departs at about 4:00 in the evening and thereafter reserve a cab to Dhungeshwor where rafting starts.
Final Destination:Chisapani,Nepal 
Average cost ? Varies accordingly (due to equipments necessity) . It may even come around $1200 or more. 
Best time: October to November, April to June
Other activities: Kayaking,Jungle Safari

4. Skydiving, Mount Everest

Skydiving with the backdrop of the world's highest peak Mt. Everest is an amazingly unique and extreme aerial adventure that one gets to experience in Nepal.It is also listed no. 8 among 50 adventurous “Try before you die” events by CNN.

Location: Gorak Shep (drop zone)
How to reach? A 30-minute flight journey to Lukla from Kathmandu followed by an hour hike from Namche to Syangboche airstrip
Average cost : For solo jumpers it comes around $25000 (can vary) 
Best time: October or November with additional thrilling events sometimes offered in May.
Other activities: If one wishes to further explore the magnificent region of Everest, have the option of extending a trek to Everest base camp. (extra charges apply)
