costing and not as per star categorization i.e 1*2*3* and so on used in the Metro cities
Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be
borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
Customers must carry the tour itinerary, Hotel vouchers, cab details, valid id proof of all the travelers.
Please note that adventure activities do not include in this package if you want doing adventure activities you have to
pay extra for this Activity
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
For advance bookings you have to pay a token amount for Booking Confirmation that can be INR 1,000/- or 2,000/- and after
receiving Booking Confirmation Voucher You have to pay 50% of Total Amount to require in our given account. If travel date
within 30 days so you will need to pay 50% of advance payment at the time of booking. - We will send the invoice you for the
remainder of the cost due before you tour, which you must pay at the time of check in on the first day by cash or online
transfer. - Kindly carry your identity proof i.e. Passport, Voter I.D. Card, Driver License,Aadhar Card etc., have to show at the
time of check-in at hotel with mentioned name on that (As per hotel policy) - When you receive the Confirmation Voucher
please check the details carefully and inform us immediately if anything is incorrect. Names on travel documents must exactly
match those in your passports or in other identity Proof documents.
AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or
any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation
charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and the advance amount is nonrefundable, besides
the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be levied as follows:-
•
30 days prior to departure of the tour, the token advance amount is nonrefundable, the token will be charged.
•
30 days to 20 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.
•
20 days to 10 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.
•
10 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.
Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of
the same by the Company. However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the
Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.
Term & Condition
The Company is Responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest.All other services which are not paid by
the guest to the Company are suggested services and company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the
same.
If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, flood, accidents or any other natural or man-made calamities, the program of
the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers. As if
any passengers, has to leave the tour mid-way, due to any reasons like death of relative, or illness or any other reasons, there
shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour.
