* VISA INFORMATION
- .Visa on arrival is granted for Indian passport holders at IDR 500.000 per person (Approx. 35 USD) - (no matter if adult or child)
- .Vaccination is Mandatory for Adults - Min. 2 x vaccinated with WHO authorized vaccinations, and the 2nd vaccination must have been given at least 02 weeks prior to departure
- .International travelers 18 yrs does not require to show COVID-19 Vaccination proofs (neither physical nor digital copy).
- .Travel insurance is Mandatory and should cover USD 25,000 insurance coverage.
VoA- Visa on Arrival Terms Conditions
• Passport validity min. 6 months.
• RETURN air flight ticket (or one way + outward journey from Bali)
• Min. 2 x vaccinated with WHO authorized vaccinations, and the 2nd vaccination must have been given at least 2 weeks prior to departure
(except for 1 x COVID-19 vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson, Sputnik V or Convidecia, other conditions may be applied).
• VoA-Visa on Arrival entitles for a single Entry into Bali/Indonesia, stay up to 30 days and can be extended maximum 1 times at Immigration Office (charge may be applied).
• Payment can be done by: Visa Card Master Card Debit Card Cash in IDR or foreign currency Foreign Currencies USD, EURO, GBP, SGD and others as per set exchange rate

Refund and Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any reason/s we must be informed in
writing via e-mail. Cancellation charges would be applicable from the same date we receive
mail in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :
- 45 days prior to arrival no cancellation charges (only 15% Processing Fees), (this is not valid
for group bookings)-
- 45 days to 25 days prior to arrival -35% of the tour / service taken.
- 25 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour / service taken.
- 15 days prior of check in date 100?ncellation charges (NO REFUND).
Check In-Out at 12:00noon (Early check in / late checkout in the hotel as per availability only
