GENERAL
Please note that once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail as well as an SMS on your registered mobile number confirming your booking. We are open from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, seven days a week
Please expect to receive your vouchers 72 hours before your departure date (subject to full payment of your package cost)
Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities reflecting on the website which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you
Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included
In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. TripClap and The The Golden Wings shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors
If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, TripClap reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
FLIGHTS
The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. TripClap will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking
Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Scoot Airlines, Air Arabia, Jetstar, Fly Dubai, Thai AirAsia, Air India Express, Tiger Airways) then baggage will not be included in the package. Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination. Our Travel Expert will attempt to get in touch with you within 24-hours after the booking has been confirmed for baggage addition
Please ensure that baggage requirements are given to our Travel Expert latest by 5 days before the date of departure
HOTEL
Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel
In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category
Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel’s policy

The Golden Wings will not accept any responsibility for additional expenses due to the changes or delays in air, road, rail, sea or indeed any other causes, all

 

Package is Non- Refundable.

 In case of Visa rejection package is Non- Refundable.

We can check for rescheduling the package as per availability with applicable charges

 

- Visa on arrival for Indians is at IDR 500,000 or approx. USD 35 per person - When travelling from India, RT-PCR test is required only for the passenger who are partially vaccinated ortravelling with child/sunder 17.99 years - Traveller must be fully vaccinated and must carry the vaccine certificate displaying in Arogysethu App -Traveller should install PeduliLindungi App (Not required to fill details) - No PCR test is required upon arrival as long as you are fully vaccinated and carrying all the requireddocuments - Do carry travel insurance of minimum USD 25000 prior to your arrival - If the guest is travelling to Gili and fully vaccinated it's mandatory to get an antigen test to enter Gili Island(On Guest Expense) - PCR test not more than 48 hours is required before coming back to India only for the passenger who arepartially vaccinated or travelling with child/sunder 17.99 years - Child under 17.99 yrs does not require to show COVID-19 vaccination proof as long as they travel with theirparent

 

- Rooms are subject to availability - Rooms type (DBL / TWIN / Interconnecting / Next to each other) cannot be confirmed prior to the arrival asit will be strictly subject to availability until the time of check in. - Above quote is net to you and valid for Indian passport holders only. - All water sport activities are strictly subject to weather conditions and are non- refundable -Pan Card & Passport Copy are mandatory for further booking process. - Some water sport maybe be upgraded due weather conditions by paying the extra amount only afterthe customers consent. - Parasailing depends on water current due to which Adventure Parasailing is offered as an option by thewater sport company with additional charges. - Snorkelling activity in Nusa Penida is standard with equipment (Mask and Life Jacket only) there is notrainer or training involved - If the guest wants premium snorkelling there will be additional charges the venue will also be differentin Nusa Penida - No refund for unused services. - Maximum waiting for SIC tours will be 5 mins, exceeding this time the guest will need to reachthe destination by own expense. - Sunset Dinner Cruise by Sea Safari is strictly subject to availability, as it is charted for private events - An upgrade to Bali Hai cruise will be offered which is premium as compared to Sea Safari with an additionalupgrade cost - Bali Hai only operates on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. -It is requested to all customers to adhere timing of all tours and transfers to evade escalations. - All customers are requested to check hotel reviews before confirming or making payment. - We do not promote water sport activity for children below 10 years due to safety reasons. - We strongly urge to take care of self-belongings. - Any cost apart from the package confirmed shall be borne by the customer themselves. Early check in /out is subject to availability and can be chargeable depending on hotel polices

•    Cancellation stage: 31 or more days prior to departure.
•    25% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 31 or more days before departure.
•    Cancellation stage: 22 to 30 days prior to departure.
•    50% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 22 to 30 days before departure.
•    Cancellation stage: 15 to 21 days prior to departure
•    75% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 15 to 21 days before departure.
•    Cancellation stage: Within 15 days before departure.
•    100% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 15 days before departure.
