Booking Policy
For land package bookings, the payment schedule is as follows:
1st Payment: 30% of the total package cost at the time of booking.
2nd Payment: 40% upon confirmation of hotel bookings.
3rd Payment: 30% of the total cost to be paid 7 days before the trip.
Amendment Policy
If guests wish to modify their travel plans 48 hours after booking, an amendment charge of Rs. 1000 per person will be applicable.
Cancellation Policy
45 days or more before departure: Full refund minus 50% of the package cost.
30 to 44 days before departure: 75% of the package cost will be deducted.
15 to 29 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.
This structured policy ensures clarity on refund eligibility based on cancellation timing.
Required Documents
For Indian Nationals Traveling Domestically:
Carry a valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License).
For Non-Indian Passport Holders:
Must obtain inner line permits for restricted areas.
Non-Valid Documents:
Aadhar Card & PAN Card are not valid for travel purposes.
Required Documents to Carry:
Adults: Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport.
Children: Birth Certificate only
Photographs: Carry two passport-size photographs along with two photocopies of ID proof (front and back) per traveler.

Arrive at Bagdogra airport and proceed to Darjeeling – Standing high in the Himalayas at an altitude of 2134m , offers breath taking views of snow-capped mountain peaks, with the Kanchendzonga rising higher than all the others. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.
Today early morning we visit Tiger Hill to enjoy a mesmerising sunrise on the Kanchenjunga Ranges. After breakfast at the hotel visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursday) which was started by Tenzing Norgay after he climbed Mt. Everest, Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Tenzing Rock, Gombu Rock, Tea Estate (from outside), Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda. Overnight in Darjeeling.
After breakfast at the hotel and proceed to Gangtok - At an altitude of 1750m, surrounded by Monasteries and Orchids, Gangtok is truly a travellers delight. Rest of the day is at leisure Overnight in Gangtok.
Breakfast at the hotel and proceed for full day sightseeing in Gangtok visiting Tashi View Point to capture amazing views of Himalayan ranges, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Plant Conservatory, Handicraft, Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten, Ropeway (On Direct Payment) to capture amazing views of Himalayan ranges and Bakthang Falls. Overnight in Gangtok.
Today we visit Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir – a holy shrine honouring Indian army soldier, folk hero and saint Baba Harbhajan Singh. Later we visit Tsomgo Lake – a high altitude scenic lake considered to be sacred by the Sikkimese. In the evening, we have some free time to explore the nightlife and casinos of Gangtok on our own. Overnight in Gangtok.
