Info Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu (By Flight) – Overnight at Hotel

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, complete immigration and customs formalities. You will be greeted by our "Purba Holidays" representative in the receiving area and transferred to your hotel for check-in. Half Day Kathmandu Sightseeing.

10. This tour will be operated hassle-free under standard conditions. DMC will not be responsible for anything that is beyond of control like earthquakes, Bad weather, political conditions, transport strikes, flight cancelation, or any other natural or social calamity.

12. Indian Guests are requested to carry an original & 2 photocopies (xerox) of the original Passport with 6 months validity from
the date of the return or the original Voter's ID (Election Card with photo) along with them.
13. A child (2 to 12 years) with Indian Nationality is requested to carry a valid original passport with 6 months validity from the
date of the return or an original current-year school photo ID along with an original birth certificate and it is mandatory that an
adult accompany a child for the tour.
14. For Infants (0 to 24 Months) requested to carry a valid original passport with 6 months validity from the date of the return or
Original birth certificate and it is mandatory that an infant accompanied by at least 1 parent (father or mother) carrying all valid
photo identification documents mentioned above.

For land package bookings, the payment schedule is as follows:
- 1st Payment: 50% of the total package cost at the time of booking.
- 2nd Payment: 50% of total package payment will be done before 7 days of your departure.
*Cancellation Policy*
- 45 days or more before departure: Full refund minus 50% of the package cost.
- 30 to 44 days before departure: 75% of the package cost will be deducted.
- 15 to 29 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.
This structured policy ensures clarity on refund eligibility based on cancellation timing.
*Child Policy*
- Child 1 to 5 years will be complementary.
- Child above 5 years to 11 years will be charge 50% of the package cost.
- Child above 11 years will be treated as an adult.
