Info Day 1 : Arrival at NJP/Bagdogra – Transfer to Gangtok

Upon arrival at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport, you will be greeted by "Purba Holidays" representative. From there, embark on a scenic drive of approximately 120 kilometers, taking around 4.5 to 5 hours, to reach Gangtok. Once you arrive, check in to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure, strolling along the vibrant MG Marg. Overnight stay will be in Gangtok.

Info Day 2 : Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir

After breakfast, set out on a full-day excursion to some of Gangtok’s most iconic landmarks. Begin with a visit to the sacred Tsomgo Lake, situated at an altitude of 12,400 feet, surrounded by snow-clad mountains. Continue on to the Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, a place of deep reverence. If you wish, you can also take an optional trip to Nathula Pass (subject to permits, weather conditions, and additional charges). By evening, return to Gangtok and spend the night at your hotel.

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and drive to Darjeeling, a journey of about 110 kilometers taking roughly 4 hours. On arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening with a leisurely walk along Mall Road or the famous Chowrasta. Overnight stay will be in Darjeeling.

Info Day 4 : Full-Day Sightseeing in Darjeeling

Begin the day early with a visit to Tiger Hill to witness the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga. On the return journey, stop at the Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery. After breakfast, continue exploring Darjeeling with visits to the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, the Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, the Tibetan Refugee Self Help Centre, and the Japanese Temple with its Peace Pagoda. You will also get a chance to admire the picturesque tea gardens from the outside. If time allows, you may include a visit to the Rock Garden and Gangamaya Park. In the evening, enjoy shopping and local delights at Mall Road before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay in Darjeeling.
