Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

  • Day 1
    Info  Day 01: Arrival in Gangtok

    Upon arrival at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to Gangtok, a scenic drive of about 4–5 hours. On reaching, check in to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure exploring the local surroundings or enjoying a stroll along MG Marg. Overnight stay in Gangtok.

    Info  Day 02: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

    After breakfast, set out on a full-day excursion to the beautiful Tsomgo Lake, located at an altitude of 12,400 ft, surrounded by snow-capped mountains. Later, visit the famous Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, a site of local reverence. (Optional visit to Nathula Pass on direct payment, subject to availability and permit.) Return to Gangtok by evening and stay overnight.

    Info  Day 03: Gangtok Local Sightseeing

    Post breakfast, enjoy a full-day city tour of Gangtok covering Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Enchey Monastery, Banjhakri Falls, Cottage Industry & Handicraft Centre, Do Drul Chorten Stupa, and the vibrant Flower Show. In the evening, you may relax or explore MG Road at your own pace. Overnight stay in Gangtok.

    Info  Day 04: Gangtok to Darjeeling

    After breakfast, check out from your hotel and drive to Darjeeling, a picturesque hill station known as the “Queen of the Hills.” The journey takes around 4 hours with breathtaking views of mountains and valleys along the way. On arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

    Info  Day 05: Darjeeling Sightseeing

    Rise early today for an excursion to Tiger Hill to witness the spectacular sunrise over the mighty Kanchenjunga range. On your way back, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast, continue with sightseeing, including the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Tibetan Refugee Centre, Tenzing Rock, Tea Garden, and an optional Ropeway ride. Later, you can enjoy shopping and leisure time at Mall Road. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

    Info  Day 06: Departure

    After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey, carrying wonderful memories of your Gangtok–Darjeeling tour.
