About National palace museum Taipei National Palace Museum is a must-visit attraction when in Taipei. It is home to the worldโs largest collection of Chinese art and artifacts. The museum is housed in two buildings, the Main Palace and the East Palace. The Main Palace is the older and larger of the two, and it contains the most important works of art.
