Sangkhlaburi

Sangkhlaburi is a town in Kanchanaburi Province, Thailand. It is located in the Thong Pha Phum district, about 125 km west of Kanchanaburi town. The town is on the banks of the Mae Klong River, and is a stop on the Mae Klong railway. The town has a population of about 5,000. Sangkhlaburi is a popular tourist destination.

 

There are several resorts and guesthouses in the town, and the area is popular for trekking and rafting.
