The temple is located on a small island in the river known as Peacock Island. The temple is dedicated to the god Shiva and is home to a statue of the god that is said to be made of solid gold. The temple is also home to a statue of the goddess Parvati. The temple is open to the public from 7:00am to 7:00pm.
